As a Fiveoffices Host, your aim is to make your listing as attractive as possible to drive interest from potential guests - with the ultimate goal to rent out your office(s) as quickly as possible.
Pictures are the most important feature of your listing, they are usually what helps seal the deal for guests.
Go for :
- A WOW picture as a Cover Picture. The cover picture is the one that will be displayed at first, so you better give all your assets as first impression.
- Clear and bright pictures. Try making the room look as clean as possible. Avoid messy desks that could give sensitive information away.
- A Horizontal / Landscape format. This format is usually nicer to look at.
- 3 pictures minimum. If you have 3 or less pictures it doesn't give enough clarity on what your office actually looks like. It is important to give as many as possible.
- Representing all the best aspects of your office. You have a relaxation area ? Perfect, maybe even use it as your cover picture if it is colorful for example.
Do not use pictures that :
- Give the location away. Your pictures should not show a big recognizable monument.
- Include personal information. Your company's name or logo should not be included in the pictures.
- Show people. It is better to show your offices empty and avoid having to blur people in the background.
- Include illegal content or that violates another person's or entity's rights.
- Are larger than 1MB each. Prefer a max of 1440 x 1080 format
