How can I show that my office is available for part-time rental?

Your office remains empty half of the week because your colleagues are working from home? You would like this free space? Let Guests know you're flexible.

When creating your office on Fiveoffices, you can let the Guests know that the office can be rented with the classic Monday to Friday, full time. But you would also let them understand that you are showing flexibility and have available seats part-time, 2 or 3 days a week, for example. How can you show that on the platform?

Make my office available for part-time rental

1. Sign In to your account
2. Click on your profile icon 
3. Click on My offices
4. Select the office you want to edit and click Edit
5. Toggle the option on from the  Do you want to lease for part time? section
6. If your office is only available part-time, enable the  Is this listing part-time exclusive? button
7. If your office is available part-time and full-time, disable the  Is this listing part-time exclusive? button
8. Select the number of days per week you accept the office to be rented 
9. Then apply the monthly rent, as usual. The platform will take care of the rest and automatically calculate the amount for 3 days of rental or less.
10. Click on Save.
