How to accept visit slots?

You have received proposals for a visit to the flexible office you are interested in?

1. Sign in to your Guest account
2. Click on the My Requests icon
3. Messages are listed in chronological order
4. Select the conversation you are interested in 
5. View the proposed visit slots 
6. Select the time slot that suits you by clicking on Select
7. The visit is scheduled, you can add it to the calendar.
