Quality: it is easier for a fellow entrepreneur to visualise themselves in your office if your listing includes plenty of of high quality photos, and a detailed and attractive description. Be wary of misleading photos or descriptions. There’s nothing worse than being disappointed, and neither of you are interested in wasting time!

Availability: Keep the availability of your office up to date to avoid visit requests for spaces that are already being used or rented. This might seem obvious, but in your busy schedule, it’s easy to forget.

The right price: If, like the majority of our hosts, your goal is to reduce your own expenses by adding back the cost of your unused office space, don’t be too overoptimistic. An office that’s priced too high won’t rent, and competition is fierce! Don’t look for a profit, but a reduction of your costs. Base your pricing on a consideration of what you’re paying and the market pricing. Each month lost is an opportunity lost for you to reduce your overhead. So, make sure you begin listing with the right price.
